Self Help Journal
As someone who struggles with anxiety, I am a huge advocate for mental health. I created a journal for anyone who has mental health problems to use as an aid and guide. Pages include motivational quotes, original art, anxiety worksheets, daily challenges, and journal prompts. I designed, printed, and bound the journals. To promote the journal, I created a museum exhibit with an interactive display. The display showed the prompt, 'What gives you hope?' and included sticky notes and pencils for people to answer the prompt and display their answers. Together, we can work towards better emotional and mental health.
